Chelsey & Cassie Maschhoff grew up on a sixth-generation pork farm in America's heartland. Growing up, their parents encourage them to try their hands at other careers. Chelsey, went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, working as a chef in award-winning kitchens in Colorado. Cassie took the tech route - working across Strategy, Operations and Marketing at Google and Waze. After decade-long careers in their respective fields, they returned to their family roots and co-founded Lottie’s Meats - a premium, chef-crafted pork sausage brand that packs the protein, flavor and fun!
